    Train Mystery: Civil Judge Aspirant Vanishes Mid-Journey

    A mysterious incident has taken place in Madhya Pradesh, where a 29-year-old woman who was travelling from Indore to Katni has gone missing. The woman was travelling in the train named Indore-Bilaspur Narmada Express on 7 August, 2025.

    Detailed Information:

    The lady who mysteriously disappeared from the train mid-journey has been identified as Archana Tiwari. She was travelling in the Indore-Bilaspur Narmada Express train. The passenger was supposed to disembark at the Katni South Station, prior to which she vanished from the train under mysterious circumstances.

    According to the information received, the woman had successfully departed from Indore but was last seen at Bhopal’s Rani Kamlapati Station. Following which, there was no trace of Archana on the train. Although her bag was found at the Umaria Station, but any details about her whereabouts remain unknown.

    The victim is a resident of Katni’s Mangal Nagar area and had been accommodating in Indore due to her preparations for the Civil Judge examination.

    She had contacted her family at 10:15 AM for the last time before her sudden disappearance. At the time when she placed a call, the train was nearing Bhopal. Following the call, the victim’s mobile phone remains switched off.

    When Archana did not arrive at the Katni South Station, her family immediately began searching for her and also informed their relatives who resided in the Umaria area. It was the relatives of Archana who were able to find her bag from the train, but informed that there were no traces of her to be found. When the passengers were questioned, they mentioned that Archana was seen travelling from Indore to Bhopal, but there were no signs of her after that.

    According to the GRP Katni Sub-Inspector, Anil Marvi, the woman who had vanished from the train mid-journey was sensible and educated, which had made her sudden disappearance suspicious. There were attempts made to contact Archana and trace her location, but unfortunately, her cell phone remains switched off.

    It is noteworthy that a CCTV footage has emerged from the time when the girl was leaving from her hostel. But, no footage has been found which could determine, where she got off the train.

    The police have registered a missing person’s complaint after receiving Archana’s photograph from her family members. The search operation and investigation remain underway. While, the acquired CCTV footage is being examined.
