    Meerut Birthday Party Dispute Turns Fatal, Man Beaten To Death

    A tragic incident has been reported in Uttar Pradesh’s Meerut district, where a birthday party dispute turned fatal. The tragedy took place in Meerut’s Machheran area, when, during a birthday celebration, a man was brutally attacked with an iron rod. The attack proved fatal.

    According to the police, the tragedy took place in Meerut’s locality named Machheran, when the celebrations for a birthday party were being carried out. During this time, a dispute broke out, following which a man was attacked with an iron rod, which led to his death.

    Meerut Police have informed about the incident through a post shared on their official X account.

    According to the City Superintendent of Police, Ayush Vikram Singh, the incident took place on Friday night. The victim has been identified as Abdul Karim, who is a 45-year-old man and a resident of the Machheran locality. According to the police, Abdul was present at the venue to attend the birthday celebration of one of his family members. Police have claimed that a quarrel broke out between a few individuals. After an exchange of words, the situation got worse, and those people attacked Abdul using an iron rod and left him critically injured.

    He was rushed to the nearby hospital, where he was declared dead. According to Ayush Vikram Singh, a complaint has been lodged by the victim’s family against five people in connection with the tragic incident. Police acted swiftly and in a prompt response; three accused involved in the incident have been apprehended.

    According to the police, the search for the absconding remains underway.

The DGP has described the mentioned figures as “evidence of the department’s resolve against criminal activities.”
