Samsung has finally done what many thought impossible- made thin look powerful. The newly launched Galaxy S25 Edge is not just about design finesse; it’s a statement that slim doesn’t mean soft.
Released this week, the Galaxy Edge is Samsung’s slimmest smartphone yet at just just 5.8mm, and it weighs a mere 163 grams. But don’t let that lightness fool you because the phone is wrapped in a titanium frame and protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2, making it one of the toughest ultra-slim phones ever made.

Inside, it runs on the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 “Elite” Mobile Platform, ensuring flagship-level performance. The 6.7-inch 120Hz OLED display brings visuals to life, while the dual-camera setup, featuring a 200MP main sensor and a 12MP ultra-wide lens, caters to high-end photography. Samsung’s Galaxy AI suit adds editing tools like Audio Eraser and Drawing Assist, making it feel more like a portable creative studio.
Interestingly, Samsung has removed the telephoto lens to maintain the ultra-slim profile. The 3,900mAh battery might sound modest by today’s standards, but Samsung claims it is fine-tuned for all-day performance thanks to software optimisation.
Available in Titanium Icy Blue, Titanium Silver, and Titanium Jet Black, the S25 Edge starts at $1,099.99. It’s up for pre-order now and will hit stores on May 30.
While it may not have the biggest battery or camera count, the S25 Edge offers something increasingly rare— engineering elegance that doesn’t scream but stuns.
