“Don’t Drop Those Bombs” – Trump Warns Israel

Amid a fragile ceasefire between Israel and Iran, U.S. President Donald Trump issued a public plea urging Israel to halt its bombing campaign and withdraw its pilots, sharp rebukes following renewed military activity.

Speaking before boarding Air Force One en route to the NATO summit, Trump expressed frustration with both nations: “They don’t know what the f*** they’re doing,” he told reporters. Trump specifically warned Israel that any further bombing would “violate the agreement” and demanded, “Not drop those bombs—bring your pilots home, now!”.

These remarks came just after Trump announced on Truth Social that the ceasefire was “in effect” and that Israeli planes should “turn around and head home, while doing a friendly ‘Plane Wave’ to Iran,” asserting that “nobody will be hurt”.

Earlier, both Israel and Iran were accused by Trump of violating the ceasefire initially agreed upon following 12 days of intense conflict. The Israeli Air Force “unloaded a load of bombs the likes of which I’ve never seen before” shortly after the ceasefire declaration, he claimed. Iran, too, reportedly launched missile salvos in that window, though Tehran denied violating the agreement.

Within hours of Trump’s intervention, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office confirmed that they would refrain from further strikes following direct communication from. Still, explosions were reported near Tehran, hinting at lingering tensions.

Trump, who orchestrated and publicly celebrated the ceasefire, later expressed hope that hostilities would “never” resume: “I think the ceasefire is unlimited. It’s going to go forever,” he told a reputed American news channel.

The weekend’s ceasefire followed U.S. participation in air strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities and missile sites. Despite widespread concern that civilian casualties could rise, Trump’s overnight intervention secured a temporary halt, though the situation remains volatile.
