Trade Talks between U.S. and China
Trump and Xi Jinping spoke for 90 minutes on Thursday over a phone call without Russia, Ukraine, and Iran’s discussions. The discussions come amid a 90-day truce from tariffs. Trump has reduced his 145% tariffs on Chinese goods to 30% for 90 days to allow for talks, where China also lowered its taxes on U.S. goods from 125% to 10%.
