Actress Jennifer Mistry is best known for her role as Roshan Kaur Sodhi aka Roshan Bhabhi in the popular Indian sitcom “Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah.” The show has been running since 2008 and has gained an enormous fan following.
However, the actress recently spoke about the non-payment of dues and harassment against the popular comedy show’s producer Asit Modi, following the allegations and the statement given by the actress, Mumbai Police has filed an FIR against Asit Modi, Sohail Ramani (operations head) and Jatin Bajaj (executive producer)
As the actress stated her recent interview “I am at least relieved that an action has been taken now but I am still not happy in that way because this is not something that I wanted. I did not want this but God and the Universe is letting it happen, which means it had to happen. Let’s see, I am still praying for the highest good for everyone in the world and that everything happens in a nicer way.”
She further stated “I was called to the police station yesterday (Monday, June 19) evening. I reached there at 7:30 PM and I was there till 12:30 AM, and finally, the FIR has been registered. I’ve been told by the cops that they will call me whenever they need any information next. The law will take its course, whatever I could do, I have done. Mainly, the FIR has been registered because it was stuck for the past many days, and that’s a huge thing.”
In an interview with the popular entertainment news portal Pinkvilla, Jennifer Mistry revealed that taking her allegations into action, she was called to the police station to register an FIR. She further said she would get calls from the cops soon for more information needed in the case.
Going further in an interview, Jennifer opens up about her feelings that she is unhappy after what has happened lately. Mentioning how she feels that God planned things in such a way, she said she is praying that everything should happen more nicely for the highest good for everyone.
