Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Thursday made his first public remarks since the Pahalgam terror attack , issuing a severe warning to those accountable for the deaths of 26 civilians in Kashmir. “Whoever carried out dastardly attack in Pahalgam will not be spared,” Shah said, reiterating the government’s firm stance . He additionally stated, “Har vyakti ko chun chun ke jawab bhi milega, jawab bhi diya jayega.” Shah said this at an event in New Delhi where a road was renamed in Bodofa Upendranath Brahma’s honour the head of the Bodo community in Assam,and a statue of him was also unveiled.

“We have responded forcefully to everything under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, whether it be the North East, regions of left-wing extremism, or the threat of terrorism in Kashmir. If someone believes that launching a cowardly attack is their major win, realise that under the Narendra Modi administration, nobody will be left unpunished. We are determined to eradicate terrorism from every part of this nation,” he stated

Not only do 140 crore Indians support India in this battle, but every nation in the world has united and is supporting the Indian people in their fight against terrorism. I want to reaffirm our commitment to fighting terrorism until it is eradicated and to punishing those who have committed it appropriately,” he said. “I would like to inform everyone that since the 90s, we have been firmly pursuing the zero tolerance policy against those responsible for terrorism in Kashmir. These terrorists shouldn’t believe that by killing our citizens, they have won the war. “I want to convey to everyone who spreads fear that this is not the end of the fight; everyone will receive a suitable response,” he stated.
Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, Promod Boro, Chief Executive Member of the Bodoland Territorial Council, and other officials attended the event, which was held in Kailash Colony in Delhi.
